Rental Coordinator/Inside Sales

Effective immediately, applications are being taken and considered for Rental Coordinator/Inside Sales with Jefferds Corporation/Bobcat of Advantage Valley, Cross Lanes, WV location.
Essential Functions/Job Requirements
Performs a variety of duties to provide administrative support to the rental and sales manager.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Answering the telephone, handling rental inquiries, quote rates and prepare rental documents, assist walk-in rental customers, schedule deliveries and pick-ups of rental equipment, perform rental billings as due, track PM's, open service department work orders and maintain records for rental department and coordinate deliveries and supervise duties of the utility employee. Will be responsible for daily maintenance of equipment and assist customer with loading equipment and doing operator training.
Will work with outside sales personnel, suppliers and customers for CMD products: coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, customers' orders, pricing, and taking orders: scheduling delivery times and completion of sales orders and dealer responsibilities: maintaining computerized inventory control and sales literature: perform any combination of tasks involving general office procedures and secretarial skills; generate all customer invoices, and apply for dealer credits. Will help handle walk-in sales calls on tractors, zero-turn mowers and other Bobcat equipment. This is a safety sensitive position. Computer skills needed to keep maintenance up to date on the dealer web page.
Prerequisites/Skills Required
1. Must pass drug screen.
2. Excellent communication skills with experience in dealing with customers and co-workers with ability to carry out verbal and written instructions using independent judgement.
3. Must have mechanical aptitude
4. Data entry skills with accuracy and speed
5. Sufficient computer skills ~ capable of working extensively on a CRT
6. Basic math and accounting procedures
7. Organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
8. Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment with good typing and calculator skills.
9. 1 to 3 years rental/sales experience is preferred.
10. College with emphasis in marketing preferred.
Education
College with emphasis in marketing preferred, with 1 to 3 years related work experience.
Efforts/Physical Demands
Requires frequently: Sitting at desk most of working day, walking short distances, and climbing stairs.
Requires occasionally: Lifting, carrying, reaching, climbing on and off equipment, and reaching above and below shoulder.
